The short version: we only use your details to run lessons and send notes home, and we never sell them.
Privacy
We collect the details you give us (your name, contact details and your child’s first name, year group and subjects) to arrange lessons, send notes home and invoice you. We keep them while your child has lessons and for two years after, then delete them. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing us.
Safeguarding
Every tutor holds an enhanced DBS certificate and completes safeguarding training each year. Our designated safeguarding lead is the founder. Online lessons are never recorded without written consent.
Payments & cancellations
Fees are paid monthly in advance. Give two weeks’ notice to stop. Lessons cancelled with 24 hours’ notice are moved or credited; later cancellations are charged.
